The debate on global warming, framed on one side by those who see a long-term gradual warming of global surface temperatures and on the other side by those who see only small and potentially beneficial changes, misses a very important possibility. A real threat is that the greenhouse effect may trigger unexpected climate changes.

Climate change could cause at least 2.6 trillion euros per year. In order to reduce emissions, it costs around 0.5 trillion euros per year. But shifting the world onto a low-carbon path could eventually benefit the economy by 1.8 trillion euros a year. The global share of C02 emissions in 2012 where:
29% of China
29% of others
16% of U.S
11% of EU
6% of India
5% of Russia
4% of Japan.

The environmental impact on global warming includes:
Extreme weather conditions,
Rising sea level,
