Colombians and Mexicans are those who struggle among the most with their work-life balance, based on the findings by Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Employees in the USA and the UK also struggle by coming in 11th and 12th among all 35 OECD member countries as covered in the Better Life Index for 2019.
The USA is also the only OECD country that's without a national paid parental leave policy and only three states provide leave payments.
