A Survey conducted by the Pew Research Center has found that 71 percent of Russians think their government did not try to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

By means of tactics such as spreading disinformation on social media. Even though 15 percent Russians saying there was an attempt at interference. And 14% of them says they have no idea.

The Survey was conducted among 1000 adults aged 18 and above from May 22- June 23 in 2018.

71% - No influence by the Russian Government
15% - Government Influenced
14% - No idea
